Suryakant Chandrakant Shinde is a mechanical engineering student currently in his final year at Dr. J. J. Magdum College of Engineering in Jaysingpur. He has a 69.85% aggregate in his courses so far. For his project, he designed and developed a pedal-operated concrete mixer. He participated in the ABU ROBOCON 2015 national competition where his team ranked 32nd in India. PROJECT:Design and developmentof pedaloperated concrete mixer.
The machine consists of a frame structure, the speed reduction drive, sprocket and
ratchet arrangement. When laborer drives the pedal then the motion is transferred
through chain to the sprocket hub on which one pulley is mounted. This pulley is
further carries V-belt which drives the flywheel. The further transfer of motion is
from flywheel to the speed reduction drive then to the concrete mixer drum.
ACHIEVEMENT:
Participated as team member in ABU ROBOCON 2015 national level competition
at Pune. Our captain given me a task of manufacturing the shuttle dropping
mechanism. Our team ranked 32 all over INDIA.

 Working knowledge of Windows and internet and familiar with MS-Word
and PowerPoint.

I have done 15 days vocational training from Sujata Engineering Associates,
Palus.
