• Stewart Strawbridge is the managing member of Selkirk
Partners, a long-term equities investment firm. Based in
Portland, Maine, Stewart Strawbridge and his wife Dr.
Liz Strawbridge lead the Good Medicine Collective.
The Good Medicine Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
whose mission is to make holistic health care accessible
to everyone in the Portland community. The group has
a studio that hosts regular experiential wellness classes
including yoga and meditation. The studio is open for
booking by providers of holistic health classes. Here are
a few features of the space providers will find
particularly beneficial:

3. Studio for Hire
• -Adequate space. The studio spans approximately 1,000 square feet,
enough to host 69 people for meditation or free movement classes and
20-30 people for mat-based classes.
-Relevant facilities. The studio comes complete with a bathroom, a
reception and storage area, two overhead fans, a thermostat, and
pendant lighting.
-Relevant equipment. The studio has 40 cushioned stackable chairs, 15
yoga mats, 35 cork blocks, 30 straps, 20 blankets, and over 40 Zafu
meditation cushions and Zabuton meditation mats. In addition, the
studio has wifi, a Sonos sound system with four ceiling speakers and a
portable standing speaker, three microphones (two wireless), and an
Epson projector.
-Ample on-street parking.
The studio is located at 231 York Street in Portland, Maine. Bookings are
made by the hour, with 15 minutes to prep the space.
