Steven Gouletas

Chicago-based business builder Steven Gouletas currently serves as owner and chief executive officer of National Rental Services; as asset manager and managing director of Dublin 1 Investments, LLC, and Abby Glenn Apartments; and as a board member of Spintech Ventures, LLC. An experienced business development officer, Steven Gouletas founded one of his first ventures, Video Conversions International (VCI), while enrolled in a joint-degree program at the University of Notre Dame. He went on to complete his juris doctor and master of business administration at Notre Dame; he also owned and operated VCI, achieving a 23 percent return on investment for initial investors.
