2. ABOUT ME…
I was born in the great city of
Louisville, Kentucky. Although I left to
attend the University of Kentucky for
a short while, I now call Louisville my
home again. It is a great place to live
that allows the opportunities of a big
city, with the close knit feel of a small
town.
Living in Louisville, I am only a short
drive away from my mother, father,
sister, brother in law and Grandfather.
Family is the most important thing to
me! I feel very blessed to work in a
town with those closest to me!
3. ABOUT ME… (CONTD.)
My hobbies include yoga, running,
cooking, spending time at the lake and
UK athletics.
When I am not working or involved
with finishing school, you can likely
find me enjoying these things.
I also enjoy spending time as an
advocate for heart health. I had
underwent a heart surgery while in
college that was a life changer for me.
Promoting heart health and awareness
within my family and in the state of
Kentucky is a passion of mine.
4. Why UK? The University of Kentucky
has allowed me an opportunity to receive
a first class education while staying close
to the people who are most important to
me!
Why Psychology? A Psychology degree allows me
to do what I desire more than anything… Help
people! I enjoy being able to apply the art of critical
thinking to every day life. Why do we do the things
we do? How can we become better? These are the
questions I love to try to answer.

MOVING FORWARD…
Another part of me wishes to be more hands on. I would
also like to further my education to become a nurse or cardiac
therapist. Working directly with heart patients in their greatest
time of need is appealing to me.
