As teacher I want to contribute to others’ success using an innovative and transformational change and learning approach. ‘Learning about learning’ is my passion. This only will lead to action and change. This principle I use inspiring students, co-workers and myself. As researcher I look for ways to close the gap between business education and the business world. My vision on Business Research is that it should lead to practical solutions for the Business world on the one hand and to young people prepared and ready for the world outside education.
