The first period of my career was to develop techinical skills, e.g. Telecommunications technician and as an electronics technician. The secound period has been to develop managerial and leadership skills, i.e. Service Manager, Regional Manager, Quality Manager, IT Manager, key Account Manager, World Class Manufacturing knowledge and skills, Production Engineering experience and Projects Manager. The last period has been more to give back to society by starting up my own business and using facilitation, and usng leadership skills to develop young people who will be the leaders in South Africa in the future.
