 Set a hot topic for each month by creating posts for students
and the potential user who follows the startup’s news to
improve AWS’s brand exposure of AWS Joint Innovation
Center (JIC).
 Create a weekly posts’ content related to the topic of the
month to promote the use cases of implementing AWS cloud
computing and the domain knowledge of the topic.
 Create a monthly posts’ content by interviewing AWS JIC’s
members to raise the exposure rate of company and increase
the interest of joining AWS Activate Program.
 Write an AWS JIC Report 2022 to analyze the trend of startup
industry and the usage of AWS credit as a reference for
strategic decision-making.
 Establish a bi-weekly meetings with Nicole and weekly
meetings with the team members to design a marketing plan
and follow up on every action item.

As an ambassador or motivator, we are not only discharge of responsibility, but we also created a
OURs AWSkill internal training program to gel with other ambassadors and motivators. Every team
member volunteered to be a session speaker to share our own hard skills or soft skills to
communicate and know other team members.
