I'm a London based Creative Director fortunate enough to own and run the creative agency Make it Clear specialising in customer experience design (CX). I love what I do and the clients we work with, and I'm always on the lookout for new projects and talented people. I have a real passion for information design and this naturally led to my focus on UI and UX. I have worked with an extensive range of technologies and focus on the human element of the experience. My other great passion is rugby, I co-founded the women's rugby news platform ScrumQueens.com and I also spend my time heading up the Women’s and girls strategy at Teddington RFC.
