Post stuff for you and do things that make yourself happy.
You have to do all 100 days or you lose.

4. WHERE TO POST
You may post your 100 day journey on any social media site you would like.
Some prefer Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

5. WHAT TO POST
Your happy days can vary. It can be low gas prices or lunch with an old friend.
It does not matter.

6. WHY?
People who successfully complete this challenge start noticing what makes
them happy everyday and are in a lot better mood. They also become more
optimistic and realize how lucky they are.
