for the success of office optimization. This will be
achieved through an initial checklist and direct
engagement with key stakeholders via virtual
workshops.

The analysis of the information will have two main
outputs: A scenario definition and a Business Case,
including a base line for OPEX and CAPEX. This will
provide a solid base for decision making.

LOCATION IMPLEMENTATION
Once the Implementation Project has been approved,
the Local Team shall ensure its correct execution.
Procurement, permitting and communication will be
the main activities, together with tracking
performance and reporting progress.

direction on the preferred scenario, our Facilities
Team will define a Proposed Layout and an
Implementation Plan outlining key strategies and
recommendations for the development of the
Implementation Project.

The Implementation Plan will be developed into
an Implementation Project by the Local Team
with input from key stakeholders. The project will
clearly define required tasks and provide a clear
framework for execution.
