Local Red Cross volunteers have provided exemplary service across several incidents:
1) Two fire and emergency support volunteers received praise for their professional response to a fatal fire.
2) Event first aid volunteers saved the life of a photographer who collapsed at a football match by providing immediate CPR and first aid until paramedics arrived.
3) Additional event first aid volunteers treated a young girl hurt by a stray firework at a bonfire display, bandaging her leg.

Here are some key points I noticed from examining the Radio 1 Breakfast Show website and social media:
- Much of the content on social media like Instagram stories is very casual, featuring behind-the-scenes glimpses of the presenters in an informal, chatty style. This seems aimed at creating a sense of intimacy and connection with younger audiences.
- Hashtags used prominently include references to pop culture like #TBT and #ThrowbackThursday that would appeal to teens and 20-somethings. Language and slang used is contemporary and youth-focused.
- Diversity is represented both in terms of presenters and guests, reflecting the target demographic. However, content could still be more inclusive of different backgrounds.

- 6. The National Student The National Student originally life as a student newspaper in 2002. It was expanded into a website in the late 2000s with content for the website being written by and for students around the UK.
- 7. Milton Keynes College BAFTA winning scriptwriter Jonathan Asser visited a Milton Keynes College campus for film Q&A. The college has been established since 1982 and uses news stories and social media to interact with thousands of students and staff alike.
