Introduction:
Marie Curie, born on November 7, 1867, in Warsaw, Poland, was a
pioneering scientist renowned for her ground breaking contributions
to the fields of the physics and chemistry. She was the first woman to
win a Nobel Prizes in two different scientific fields. Curies work on
radioactivity, discovery of the elements polonium and radium,
and dedication to scientific inquiry have left an enduring impact
on the world of science.
Her life’s achievements serve as an inspiration for future generations
of scientists and women pursuing careers in STEM.

M
arie Curie was awarded two Nobel Prizes during her
remarkable carrier. In 1903 . She along with her
husband Pierre Curie and Henri Becquerel, received
the noble prize in physics for their joint research on
radioactivity.
Later in 1911 , Marie Curie received the noble
prize in chemistry for her discovery and
isolation of the elements radium and polonium.
She remains the only person to have received
Noble Prize in two different scientific fields
