Annointing of the sick
The sacrament of Anointing of the Sick gives health and strength to the soul and sometimes the body when one is dangerously ill. All Catholics who have reached the age of reason and are beginning to be in danger of death from sickness, accident, or old age should receive it. While it's best not to wait until extreme danger, we also shouldn't refuse the sacrament to those who are in doubt or unable to confess. Only priests can administer Anointing of the Sick, which increases grace, forgives sins, and strengthens one to suffer with patience.
Sp gifts 10
A spiritual gift is a supernatural ability given to believers at salvation to minister to the Body of Christ. There are limitations in that believers may not receive their desired gift and churches may lack certain gifts. Spiritual gifts must be used with agape love, which is patient, kind, not jealous or boastful, and so on. Romans 12 and 1 Corinthians 12-13 discuss how spiritual gifts should function within the body of Christ with love. Without love, speaking in tongues, prophesying, or giving generously are empty.
Healthy Church #2 Healthy Body
