The Wirth Music Academy offers vocal training programs for children and adults based on the Wirth method, developed by Gerald Wirth, artistic director of the Vienna Boys Choir. Participants engage in various masterclasses that focus on singing, musical training, and sight-reading, fostering artistic talent in a fun environment. For centuries the Vienna Boys Choir has been a
standard of musical excellence for children’s
choirs throughout the entire world. Now your
child can benefit from the same vocal training as
the Vienna Boys Choir from composer and
conductor Gerald Wirth.
In a relaxed environment, we will enjoy a week
of highly professional singing and music while
having a lot of fun. Our intensive, actively
creative music sessions give children important
impulses for their individual, vocal and musical
development. The crowning finale is a concert
with the adults and choirmasters!

Choirmaster Workshop
We offer training to become a choirmaster and
advanced training for those who already are
choirmasters, with emphasis on children’s choir
teaching techniques and hands-on practice
with an adult and a children’s choir.
The wirth music academy will show you how
to achieve sustainable voice development with a
choir or music group. Sight reading and
resonance training are taught in an entertaining
way. Associated learning techniques are used to
enhance the assimilation of knowledge – rather
like a child learning his mother tongue.
