make your own pillow case in this program.

Using heated vinyl transfer, create your own personalized
pillow cover with a design of your choosing. This is a
good complimentary course for those attending the
Sew a Pillow Case workshop, however a blank throw

®Wood Working - Create a Custom
Cutting Board
Join us as we create custom cutting boards in our
new Maker Space using the Carvey CNC machine.
Basic computer skills recommended. This is a two part
class, participants must be able to attend both classes.
This workshop is for participants aged 14+. Anyone
under 14 must be accompanied and assisted by an
adult.
®Make Your Own Poster
Learn how to use the new large format printer and
make a personalised poster. Let the world know
what you think in the dimensions 24" x 36". You are
encouraged to bring one digital image that is approx.
5400 X 3600 pixels in a JPG file format.
®Recording Audio in the Sound
Booth
Learn how to use the sound booth to record basic
voice-over audio from connecting the sound gear to a
computer to proper recording techniques in Audacity,
a free and open source audio editor.
®Build Your Own Teleprompter
Do you have dreams of becoming the next hit sensation
on YouTube? Having your own teleprompter would
help out. In this workshop, you will learn how to build
your own basic teleprompter suitable to hold a
smartphone using black foamboard.
Get Maker Space items to take home!
The Canon DSLR Kit, the GoPro Kit
and the Green Screen and Light Kit
can be borrowed for 14 days.
