- 19. Community Missional Footprint •Your church’s Community Missional Footprint (CMF) is a resulting measure provided by the compiled Spiritual Vitality Assessments and the Balanced Scorecard. The CMF is an indicator of the connection of your church to the community. A very small CMF is an indicator of a severely declining or dying church.
