The contract benefits students by encouraging positive behavior and reducing distractions so they have more time to learn. The teacher's role is to ensure students master the material, while the student's role is to take responsibility for their assignments and stay on task in class.

7. Project-Based Learning PBL is a way for students to be more hands-on and allows them the opportunity to collaborate and interact with other students and their projects. PBL will be given every two weeks covering the topic we are discussing for that lesson.
