This document outlines the agenda for an OWASP Kick-Off Meeting in Portugal. The agenda includes introductions, presentations on OWASP projects and objectives, a presentation from IEEE, a discussion of the OWASP Top Ten security risks, a presentation on OWASP tools, and a conclusion and debate session. The meeting is organized by Carlos Serrao of OWASP Portugal at ISCTE and will cover introducing participants to OWASP and engaging in discussions around ongoing and future projects.
