I mentioned this at the Wanderlost site, so I will mention it here, too: The next story line is the
last one for Wanderlost. It will be about ten pages and will wrap up within the year. The story
starts in two weeks, a week after next week’s pinup.

I started working on Wanderlost ten years ago, back when I called it Sheldon, after the little pig,
and oblivious to the fact that Dave Kellett had recently started his much more successful
webcomic by the same name. That confusion once led to someone sending him a piece of fan
mail meant for me, that he kindly forwarded to me. Or was it the other way around? Did my
memory just rewrite the past in my favor? I dunno, the point being that he and I once had a
friendly exchange on the confusion and he had nice words to say about my work. Eventually I
moved over to Modern Tales, had a good run there until the site itself seemed to wither away.
There I changed the name and soon launched the Wanderlost site.

Where am I going with this? Oh, right: I think ten years is a good run. I want to move on to other
things. I’m not getting younger, so if I want to get the stories in my mind told to the rest of the
world, I need to stop one thing and work on another. Unless I clone myself. Then Kevin 2.0 can
take all the credit for something that I created? I think not! Alas, such technology is beyond my
means — I don’t even have an iPhone, let alone a DNA replicator — so I’ll just have to do things
                                   the old-fashioned way.

Anyway, I will keep this blog more regularly posted on my doings. The Summer seemed to drain
my attention. I aims to rectify that. For now there is more Wanderlost to look forward to. Then
after that you will experience the kind of withdrawal pains I expect to get when Breaking Bad
finally comes to an end. Or maybe not.

                                   Spread the joy...
