I. Planning (6 days total*)
a. Questionnaire.
i. Pre-formatted questionnaire is delivered to client with a welcoming
package the includes the teams resume, price guide, and common style choices.
ii. Project manager and client review a formal questionnaire that helps designer to
determine clients style preferences, business’ desired appeal, and targeted market.
b. Styleguide.**
i. Team forms a gathering of color, typography, header and paragraph structure, and
image treatments and styling for clients approval.
ii. Will include a mood board to ensure targeted ambience is accomplished.
c. Material exchange.
i. Client will deliver all images, body content, and contact information that is expected
to be used for the site.
II. Design (6 days total*)
a. Navigational flowchart.**
i. Team will determine if a hierarchical, linear, chronological, or web will guide users
through the chart and develop a visual aid (flowchart) that displays paths of
navigation.
b. Black and white wireframes provided in PDF.**
i. A black and white designed wireframe with placeholders is offered to the client to
give information of how the structure of the site will be planned.
c. Image preparation.**
i. All images will be sized and watermarked in preparation for use.
d. Visual wireframes provided in PDF.**
i. Placeholders are removed and replaced with flat images and media that will be found
on the actual site.
ii. Wireframes will now include typography, body styling, image treatments, and colors.
e. Necessary changes of the wireframes are made until agreed upon.
III. Development (12 days total*)
a. All interactive media and audio is developed and prepared for website placement.**
b. Develop website.
i. Website will begin to be developed and styled.
1. Home page, About, Enrollment, Calendar, and Contact pages are developed.

i. Users will be make or female between the ages of 18-65 with novice to advance
surfing experience.
ii. Site will be tested for a seven day period.
iii. Feedback will be presented in form of a pre-formatted questionnaire.

functionality,visual appeal, and overall organization.
