• Efter en stark avslutning i december 2009 inledde Malmös hotell med en gästnattsökning på 2%
(+1 243 övernattningar) jämfört med januari 2009.
• Malmös hotell redovisade en hög exportandel på 26% (andel utländska gästnätter) och det var en
ökning av de utländska gästnätterna som bidrog till den totala gästnattsökningen.

som uppgick till 310 kronor.
• Av de jämförda kommunerna var det bara Stockholms hotell (509 kronor) och Lunds hotell
(368 kronor) som redovisade högre RevPAR än Malmö.

månad. Den genomsnittliga rumsbeläggningen uppgick till 43%.
• Ett minskat affärsresande bidrog till en kraftigt minskad veckobeläggning (måndag-torsdag) på
8 procentenheter till 56%. Även helgbeläggningen minskade något (-2 procentenheter).
