Delineating faults using multi-trace seismic attributes: Example from offshor...iosrjce
1) The document describes a workflow for delineating faults in a 3D seismic dataset from offshore Niger Delta using multi-trace seismic attributes.
2) Dip-steering and multi-trace similarity attributes were computed to highlight discontinuities and improve fault detection. This revealed a major NE-SW trending strike-slip fault separating compressional deformation to the north and extensional deformation to the south.
3) Vertical cross-sections show faults and fault zones are more clearly resolved when computing multi-trace similarity along structural dips using dip-steering, rather than directly from seismic reflectivity alone.
Product development maturity assessmentDemand Metric
This document provides instructions for conducting a product development maturity assessment. It outlines 4 steps: 1) Weighting categories by business needs, 2) Self-assessing compliance with best practices on a scale of 1-5, 3) Checking current and goal states in each category in the Results tab, and 4) Viewing the Recommendations tab for advice on improvements.
Perry Holobach wrote a letter to the judges of his senior project at Creekview High School. He is a 17-year-old student who plans to major in pre-pharmacy and minor in chemistry, attending Kennesaw State University and then transferring to the University of Georgia. For his senior project, he created wool animals through the craft of needle felting, which he learned about through his hobbies of origami, scrapbooking, and needle felting. His research paper focused on the mistreatment of sheep for their wool. Through his senior project, he determined that while needle felting is enjoyable as a hobby, it would not be a realistic career path for him.
La Superintendencia de Competencia (SC) emitió importantes recomendaciones de política pública a la Autoridad de Aviación Civil (AAC), resultado de un análisis de la normativa del sector de transporte aéreo.
This webinar on Rich Internet Applications took place in Europe on October 30, 2007. It was presented by John Eckman, the Practice Director of Next Generation Internet at Optaros, and Hugo Schotman, a User Experience Architect at Optaros. The webinar included an introduction to Rich Internet Applications, examples of how they can improve user satisfaction and performance, and a question and answer session.
This document provides tips for finding story ideas by asking questions. It suggests asking what is interesting, who you want to meet, what world you want to discover. Stories are found by following tips like seeing if your own life experiences could lead to stories, or noticing how someone else's story emerged from a news event. Examples are provided like profiling a character from a new show, exploring a tattoo artist's work with mastectomy patients, or telling the story behind a judge who recalls his mother's work as a house cleaner. The document advocates considering different formats like print, audio, or audio slideshows for telling stories and using techniques like ambient sounds and interviews to immerse the audience.
