INTERNACIONAL VIRTUAL EDUCA – PERU 2014
From 09 to 13 June 2015, was made the XV
International Virtual Educa; this important
technological and academic event was held at the
Museum of the Nation and the inauguration was
led by the President of the Republic of Peru Ollanta
Humala Tasso.
The Forum on Higher Education, highlights,
exposure NirodKumar Dr. Dash, director of the
School of Education Indira Gandhi National Open
University (INGOU-India), held in Hall 7 of the
National Museum on Thursday 12th June 9, 10: 30
am.

Molina Almanza, Coordinator, University Directorate of Distance Education (dued), University
Peruvian Wings (UAP-Peru), Dr. Batista Tejedo Nurys of the Informatics Directorate of the
Ministry of Education superior (Cuba), Dr. Magdalena Cruz, Academic Vice Chancellor of the
Open University for Adults (UAPA-Republica Dominicana and Dr. Ajay G. Shinde, Head of

America (Colombia, Chile, Panama,

Brazil, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic,
Cuba and others) and Eurasia (Russia,
Ukraine, Donetsk and Shirlanka)
countries in which professors and
university officials were connected to
the conference despite the time and
language differences, we should
mention the affectionate greeting to
the Russian speakers made by Dr.
Sergey Dzhura of Donetsk National
Technical University and greetings Dr.
Patricia Torres of Brazil and Violet
Chirino y Julieta Flores from Mexico.
The Indira Gandhi National Open University is
the world's largest university, and the
presentation of Dr. Kumar Dash Nirod motivated
great interest the management model and the
various technological means to reach different
types of students they serve.
3. The event was attended by approximately
5,831 participants face in Lima and 5,476
participants in 26 venues face the interior of
the country (*) additionally streamed 66,500
virtual participants of which 58,000 were
foreigners and 8,500 of Peru were connected..
