STIMULATE ENTERPRISE & INVESTMENT Build commercially-managed Rice Business Hubs in high density rice production areas, equipped with drying, threshing and milling equipment, storage space and a retail store to market agro inputs and milled rice. Expand the capacity of industrial rice processor, such as Fabrar to procure, mill, store and sell milled rice.
