1. USER MANUAL FOR ExpertField REAL ESTATE APPLICATION
Input your Username and Password as given by Lujosh Ventures Ltd
Use the Forgot Password to recover your password if you forgot it after changing it the first time

2. After Login, you will see the dashboard and alert board as show below
You can click close on the Urgent Notification to see the Dashboard as shown below

3. Click on Profile, to cross check and update your information as entered by Lujosh Ventures Ltd is correct.
Here you can also change your password and not your username, this is advisable.

4. You can make changes and click save for proper record of your changes. After this please click on
setting on the Home page and you will see the below dashboard where you will need to see some
parameters

5. Property Status: This is where you specify the state of your properties such as vacant, purchased,
occupied, for sale etc.
You can add and remove more status as you wish, to add click on the Add new item (see below image),
to remove click the delete icon in front of the status name

6. Please click the Is active box and click save once you have input the status you want.
Property Type: This is where you specify the types of your properties such as commercial, apartment,
land, warehouse etc.
You can add and remove more property types as you wish, to add click on the Add new item (see below
image), to remove click the delete icon in front of the status name
Please click the Is active box and click save once you have input the status you want.

7. Rent Period: This is where you specify the rent period of your properties such as yearly, monthly etc.
You can add and remove more period as you wish, to add click on the Add new item (see below image),
to remove click the delete icon in front of the status name
Please click the Is active box and click save once you have input the status you want.
Transaction Type: This is where you specify the transaction type of your properties such as lease,
purchased etc.

image), to remove click the delete icon in front of the status name

PROPERTY
Click on the property icon on the dash board and you can input all your properties as indicated in the
image below

9. Please click the Is active box and click save once you have input the property you want.
TENANCY
Click on the Tenancy icon on the dash board and you can input all your properties meant for renting as
indicated in the image below

TENANT
Click on the Tenant icon on the dash board and you can input all your properties tenants’ information as
indicated in the image below

11. Please click the Is active box and click save once you have input the tenant details.
For the Tenant Mobile phone, you will enter the country code together with phone number without the
first zero (0). E.g 2348097097846
EVENT PLANNING
Assuming you have some upcoming event and programme as related to your real estate business you
can schedule this and you will be alert at every of your login to your account, please see below the
directive to do this with this application.
Click on Event icon on the dashboard

12. You can add and remove more Events as you wish, to add click on the create new event, to remove click
the delete icon in front of the Event name
