L'applicazione coordina le attività di magazzino in relazione ai prodotti stoccati sia in entrata che in uscita, gestisce le anagrafiche complete di tutto il personale incaricato e consente un controllo totale su tutta la filiera aggiornando in tempo reale lo stato di completamento delle consegne. La raccolta dei dati avviene dal software Urbis View Mobile installato su smartphone e/o palmari

URBIS ANALYTICS, è un sistema di geomarketing che attraverso strumentazione GIS pertemtte di comprendere come la popolazione si distribuisce sul territorio, identificando le aree in cui è più opportuno effettuare una distribuzione. Il modello nasce da analisi matematimatiche unite ad elementi esperienziali diretti, permettendo di cogliere il valore potenziale dei bacini di popolazione,anche in rapporto ad una catena di punti vendita.
Urbis INSPECT
URBIS INSPECT è un sistema che assiste sul campo il processo di ispezione del prodotto distributivo, che è una fase essenziale della distribuzione stessa . Urbis Inspect permette una efficace raccolta di dati e la loro trasposizione cartografica grazie alla geo-localizzazione. E' possibile monitorare in tempo reale il verificarsi di situazioni anomale riscontrate dall'ispezione, evidenziarle e analizzarle in mappa grazie al GIS. Ogni evento raccolto è certificato con la posizione satellitare del luogo ove si sta ispezionando, data/ora certa. Vi è la possibilità di raccolgiere sul luogo elementi multimediali quali immagini e registrazioni, che possono poi essere consultati con la mappa.

Appetite for Learning Comes with Eating is a two-years educational project for young women with migrant background and senior native women implemented in cooperation with 5 organisations CESIE from Palermo (Italy), MEH from Liverpool (UK), Verein Multikulturell from Innsbruck (Austria), Elan Interculturel from Paris (France) and Senior Initiatives Centre from Kaunas (Lithuania).
The project offered an learning opportunity for 100 women who took part in a training course structured in 40 hours of learning activities and 3 learning mobilities in different EU countries.
The overall scope of the project is to promote intercultural and intergenerational dialogue through non-formal education using intangible heritage and knowledge of women.
Through the ALCE model adult education is focused on liberal adult education because it facilitates the acquisition and recognition of key competences that are recognised in the European Reference Framework for Key Competences for Lifelong Learning including:
• Communication in the mother tongue;
• Communication in a foreign language;
• Mathematical literacy and basic competences in science and technology;
• Digital competence;
• Learning to learn;
• Interpersonal and civic competencies;
• Entrepreneurship;
• Cultural Expression.
In addition, ALCE provides experiences to enable the acquisition of basic vocational skills in the field of event management and communication.
The ALCE processes are learner orientated and constructivist that instils the essential belief behind LLL adult education –“ One can sit in the classroom and learn nothing, or be outside the classroom and learn a great deal”.

E' possibile importare dall'esterno e modificare bacini di consegna già precostiuiti con selezione di strade e quantità personalizzati. URBIS GEO la geocodifica è un processo che associa coordinate geografiche (latitudine e longitudine) a intere banche dati di indirizzi, permettendo così di visualizzare su mappa tutti gli assets. Urbis Geo nasce da esperienza specifica nella geocodifica di dati italiani: contrariamente ai più comuni prodotti della stessa categoria, il riconoscimento degli indirizzi on è raggiunto attraverso banali criteri di tipo (algoritmo di Levenshtein) e pattern matching, integrate da un imponente thesaurus centralizzato che cresce via via, raccogliendo i risultati delle analisi che si svolgono nel tempo. Elton mayo
George Elton Mayo (1880-1949) was an Australian psychologist and professor known for founding the Human Relations movement. He conducted research including the famous Hawthorne Studies in the 1930s, which showed that social and informal groups significantly influence individual worker behavior. Mayo concluded that worker performance depends on both social factors and job content. He believed managers should recognize employees' need to belong to groups and cater to their "social needs" to gain their cooperation. While not conducting the Hawthorne Studies himself, Mayo was skilled at publicizing the research and applying sociological theories to support its findings regarding the importance of human relationships in workplaces.
