UV HEAL distributes 5210 monthly flyers promoting healthy eating to over 12 school districts in New Hampshire. It partnered with four Salt Hill Pub locations to introduce a kids menu limiting calories and unhealthy ingredients while increasing healthy options based on a program from Cheshire County HEAL. UV HEAL also partnered with Canaan Elementary School, Naturally Rooted, and the Wellborn Ecology Fund to provide funding and assistance for developing the school yard, and presented a model for increasing school water access at an education conference. Additionally, it partnered with Lebanon Farmers' Market to support an EBT dollar matching program for SNAP recipients and provide recipes from a book based on the $4/day SNAP guidelines.
