This document amends an employment contract between United Energy, part of the Unaoil Group of Companies, and Mohammed Saad Shehata Abdallah. Effective February 1, 2015, Abdallah's designation will change to Lead QC Engineer - Mechanical and piping. All other terms of the original October 2014 employment contract will remain the same. The amendment is signed by representatives of both the employer and employee.

1. This is an addendum to the contract of Employment signed on october 2014 between:
