The purpose of the paper is to study dynamic relationships between the inflation and output gap by using Granger causality, Impulse response and variance decompositions analysis within VECM framework for the quarterly data over the first period of 2003 and second period of 2016. The results of the study indicate that the output gap Granger cause the inflation in Turkey both in short-and long-runs. Also, sign of the causality is negative and same causal relationships between two variables hold beyond the sample period. The results should be taken as an evidence of the conclusion that the output gap has important implications for the CBRT's monetary policy.

Factors and Implications of Cross-Border Marriage among Malaysian Citizens
Cross-border marriage has been the choice of citizens of Malaysia to hasten the matrimony process. The Province of Satun in Thailand is a popular place to engage in a low cost and efficient marriage consultancy services. A qualitative research was conducted to identify the contributory factors to this phenomenon. Ten respondents were interviewed structurally by the researchers in Satun, Thailand. The interview sessions were recorded and transcribed for analysis purposes. The thematic method was applied to answer the research objectives. The findings showed that among the dominant factors were family arranged marriage, polygamy, acquaintance and others. Overall, cross border marriage is still a choice among Malaysians even though the strict procedure and laws on marriage have been alleviated by the local Islamic Religious Departments. Two implications have been identified, which are the psychosocial and economics implications, and the implication on the laws. The research also suggests that the authorities should further loosen the existing marriage procedures particularly in terms of the conditions for marriage and polygamy. Couples need to prepare themselves mentally and physically as well as with knowledge before deciding to get married across the border.

Socio-Economic Condition of Power Loom Weavers: A Case Study of Mau City
Indian power loom industry is an export oriented cottage industry. In 1930 there were about 3000 power loom in the country and by the end of 2008-2009 .The number was raised to about 22.05 lakh. The power loom is spread all over India. Mainly in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh. Apart earning, it also provides employment to a large number of people of an area of Mau city. The manufacturing of textile through power loom has a special place in the heart of the people of India, because these are beautiful and stylish. The power loom industry mainly depends upon weavers, but for a last few years weavers have been facing problems. Their socio-economic condition is going down, due to low manufacturing output. The main objectives of the paper are to explore the existing socio-economic conditions of the power loom weavers, and to reveal the reasons behind the low products in the Mau city. The study is based on primary data collected through field survey. The total number of interviewed weavers is 277.The results reveals that socio-economic condition of weavers is very pathetic, because manufacturing production is very low. The major reason of low manufacturing and low socio economic condition is economic necessity, poverty, large family size with low level of literacy, low electricity supply, and poor government support, and on over whelming recent labour force in weaving activity. So there is an urgent need of government intervention, improvement in educational level, and increase the duration of electricity supply to improve the condition of power loom weaver. Apart of this there is a need to break this culture, norms and tradition which compels women to enter in this work force in pathetic condition

The Militarization of the Turkey’s Democracy Promotion Policy in the Arab Mid...
This research examines why Turkey started to act against its principle of non-intervention by taking part in military actions in Libya and Syria, through process-tracing technique. The research derives evidence from statistical data, content analysis, and face-to-face interviews. We initially explain the strategic interests of Turkey in the two countries, and then indicate how Turkey acted to save its strategic interests during the uprisings between 2011 and 2016. This research is important as it contributes to the literature on the use of military power in relation with deterrence, democratization, and nationalism. It also broadens our understanding of liberal peace theory that emphasizes the non-violent nature of democracies. Finally, this research helps better understand Turkey’s foreign policy behaviors, sensitivities, regional power capacity and it is role in Democracy Promotion field, which is a completely new phenomenon in international security policy area.

In this paper, we attempt to predict the price of a real estate individual homes sold in North West Indiana based on the individual homes sold in 2014. The data/information is collected from realtor.com. The purpose of this paper is to predict the price of individual homes sold based on multiple regression model and also utilize SAS forecasting model and software. We also determine the factors influencing housing prices and to what extent they affect the price. The Influence of Flipped Learning on Attitudes of Students towards Technology...
The basic aim of this study is to determine the influence of Flipped learning on attitudes of students towards technology in the 8th grade math lesson. The workgroup of this study is consisted of the 8th grade students of Mithatpaşa Secondary School that is in the centre of Giresun. Two of the 5 eighth grade classes were included in the study. One of the classes that has 32 students is determined as the experimental group and the other class that has 30 students is determined as the control group. In the study, in the forming of the both experimental and control groups, „rendom sampling method‟ that is one of the probability based sampling methods was used. The findings were collected by using both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools. Before-after application in the quantitative size, to determine the attitudes of students towards technology „The Turkey version of students‟ attitudes scale towards technology (PATT-TR)‟ that has 24 items and that was developed by Yurdagül and Aşkar (2008) was applied to the experimental and control groups. During the application, videos that are appropriate for the lesson content were prepared for the experimental group which was determined as flipped classroom and these videos were uploded to „Education information Network‟ by the teacher. Finally, at the end of the qualitative practice, qualitative data were collected by usingsemi-structured interview form and using document analysis developed by Koç (2016)
Effects of Polygamy on Education in Kenyan Society
The paper examines a general understanding of Polygamy and its positive and negative effects on family among the Somali Communities. Polygamy is one of special of interest and a distinguished feature in Muslim communities. It remains a controversial issue not only in Kenya but also in many Muslim countries around the world. There is an argument whether polygamy is appropriate or inappropriate to our family as well as society. Some societies, especially in rural areas, it is believed that Polygamy is helpful to career women who might have to work late and then go home and take care of their children or husband. On the other hand, Polygamy is forbidden in modern society, as polygamy has negative effect on the family and society especially it makes a conflict among wives. In some cases, polygamy is permissible in order to give chance to the aged woman who has not been married. In that case, polygamy is viewed the way to help to those group. Based on the discussions, the paper attempts to discuss the issues of Polygamy and its effect on family in Kenya as well as other Muslim countries.
