拉面以独创的豚骨汤为汤底,加入混有芥末酱油,搭配烤后的五花肉,竹笋,炸洋葱,香
葱,芝麻,洋葱油,和半熟的鸡蛋。
山葵拉面的汤底不够香浓,总体感觉汤底和竹笋完全统治,并没有让配料发挥出应有的效
果。而且偏咸的汤底让竹笋的酸味更加明显,让我没有再次选择品尝这碗拉面的冲动。
