This document contains two responses to practice questions for a microeconomics exam. The first response shows output levels for four isoquants. The second response calculates total revenue and marginal revenue at different quantity levels for a firm facing a downward sloping demand curve. It shows that marginal revenue is positive when quantity is low, becomes zero, and then becomes negative as quantity increases beyond the profit-maximizing level.
