My life is, is like a reality show. My name is Amy Anderson (laughing in background). The things that go on at my house with my child and Family, from my brother shooting squirrels and the dog going to role in the stench, to my child yelling and fussing about her Popsicle fell in the toilet! Like, we just have constant drama in my home. And I love reality TV, so my life seems like a hillbilly meets Hollywood reality TV show (laughing in background). My degree program is Graphic Design. I chose that because I felt like it is the personally the most fun and best way to displays my art and design skills to the entire world in some form or fashion. I not only love working with computers but also like building things out of wood, painting, making jewelry, sewing, cooking, and training dogs. The talents combined definitely have helped me decide the path for my future. I guess you could say I am
in the work mode catorgaterised as a Multipotentialite. I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am originally from Richmond Virginia and moved to Amelia Virginia when I was 13 years old. I graduated from Amelia county high school in 2005. It took me a long time to figure out what I really wanted to do with my life. I knew it would of course have something to do with art but wasn’t exactly sure how to go about it. That is when I found out about Fullsail and sighed up for the graphic design program. I would be siked to work for a company such as the martin agency. They are located in Richmond va and have clients such as Gieco, Coolwhip, Discover, and many more. The reason I would like to work for them is because they are a laid back crazy, creative fun bunch of people to work for. They design brands, logos, magazine spreads, advertisements, and commercials. I feel I could bring fun and creative ideas to the table. My brand mantra statement is “Life isn’t about finding yourself, is about creating yourself” the reason for this brain mantra is because it really makes you take a step back and realize you must do something to get something positive in your life. Nothing comes free these days and you are your own superhero. I really feel with the skills I’m attaining and working for every day I will be able to offer the industry concepts and ideas creating professional designs. Success is definitely a top priority in life. The meaning of success for me is to accomplish my set goals and purpose. Well, that’s all I got for now thank you for your time! I look forward to working with you in the near future, farewell.¬

Abstract:
The VET ePortfolio Roadmap was released in June 2009 to provide guidelines, specifications, and strategies for implementing ePortfolio initiatives. The Roadmap was published, in part, as a response to the increasing interest in the potential of ePortfolios to improve the Recognition of Prior Learning process, and expedite work-based learning, apprenticeships, and traineeships. Previous research studies into learners' use of ePortfolios endorse this response, suggesting that their levels of engagement, creativity, and feelings of empowerment are enhanced, thereby increasing retention and success. It all sounds extremely promising...but what does it actually 'look' like for students and educators? How are learners, practitioners and other stakeholders actually engaging with ePortfolios?
In this paper I have three main aims. The first is to provide some background by referring to an early initiative that was implemented between 2003 and 2006 with Foundation students at Dubai Men's College (DMC) where the students created a Career ePortfolio as part of an integrated Computer, Research Skills and Projects Course. The ePortfolios, however, were not interactive, were rather 'static', and the final artifact was primarily produced for assessment rather than self-reflection and development. Since this and similar early initiatives, the introduction of Web 2.0 social software elements to ePortfolios has helped realise additional benefits, including improved reflective practice, augmentation of the quality of final artifacts, and a heightened awareness of purpose and audience. As such, the second aim is to explore recent work with Web 2.0 ePortfolios with students and faculty at Unitec NZ (a multi-sector education institution in NZ), and some of the associated findings and implications. Finally, I will draw the threads together to discuss a number of key strategies and recommendations for the effective implementation of Web 2.0 ePortfolio initiatives, including targeted Professional Development for staff, and scaffolding and guidance to assist the students with self-reflection, collection and selection of evidence of achievements, while also fostering their personalised and creative life-long learning journeys.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Editor's Notes
Have you ever found endless opportunity?
I have.
My name is Trevor Elliott im from Maryville,TN.
I’m a music production major at Full Sail University.
Im a singer songwriter and I play many different instruments.
Passionate. Positive. Lyrical. Musician. This is my brand mantra.
As a kid I was fascinated with music.
That fascination grew into my entire life.
Life is a long road is full of hard times but music keeps getting me through the worst of it.
In my early teens I started playing in bands and doing local shows.
I even did the booking for a local venue.
I started learning about music production as well even before I went to school for it it was fascinating.
I started writing music and doing it all myself by the age of fifteen.
I found exactly where I wanted to go in the music industry.
I spent the next four years writing songs and developing a song-writing style.
I wrote three albums and even recorded and released one.
I felt like there was more to learn than just guitar…
I learned the Ukulele, piano, bass, and mandolin as well.
I swore I would never go to college…. I hated School.
And then I found Full Sail…. It changed my mind.
I was eager to learn more and more and more about music. It became fascinating on a different level than just playing. I actually enjoyed the book work.
I took music theory to an advanced level. I wanted to become knowledgable about music more so than most.
I became proficient in software like Pro Tools and Logic Pro. Two of the industries leading softwares.
I went to school to stand out from most musicians. I wanted more knowledge than the average.
I still play gigs all over East TN to promote my singer/songwriter project.
I constantly write new music to keep my fan based entertained and compete with other songwriters.
Writing and playing are two steps I continue to take towards my success. Playing is the best exposure you can get as a musician.
One day I hope to have thousands of fans.
I want thousands of people to hear my music and undserstand how personable it is.
I want fans to listen to my words and understand the stories I tell with them.
I want to do all of my production by myself. I don’t want to hire a studio or contract out a producer.
With the steps im taking and the hard work I put in a can achieve my goals.
My determination and effort has always got me further than being lazy it can determine wether “you make it or break it”.
I have always put everything I have into being what I want.
