Su Mon Thit graduated from the School of Engineering, Temasek Polytechnic, with a
Diploma in Mechatronics with Merit in September 2005.
Su Mon Thit is a highly motivated student as well as an independent learner who is
dedicated and diligent. She received the Director's List Award which is reserved for students
who excel academically and are among the top l0% of their cohort. As a student, she
participated in numerous polytechnic as well as school level activities and club events.
Her Major Project, Virtual Aircraft Seat Repair, ryon a Merit Award in the School of
Engineering. The collaboration project with SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) was
exhibited in the school's Engineering Project Show. Su Mon Thit is a strong believer of
teamwork, receptive to challenges and knows the importance of leveraging members'
strength in achieving a common goal. Her supervisor described her as someone with a strong
sense of commitrnent and a source of encouragement for the rest of her team members.
Su Mon Thit has a cheerful disposition, patient, responsible and approachabls. She always
puts in her best effor! is able to achieve under pressure and takes a systematic approach to
solving problems. She has proven herself to be dependable, determined and committed when
entrusted with responsibilities. She will be an asset to any organization.
