I share the open denunciation to Ms. Federica Mogherini on the suspicious laundering money operations that took place from 2012 to 2016, through the Cuban Embassy in Romania, two nephews of Raúl Castro Ruz and Ovidiu Tender, a Romanian businessman, who faces a long-term prison sentence in Romania due to Fraud and laundering money operations.in retaliation for denouncing.

Dear Ms. Mogherini.
I turn to you to denounce the below-described facts that took place in the European Union.
From 2012 to 2015 the Cuban authorities, through the successive Cuban Ambassadors in
Romania, Ms. Marta de la Caridad Fajardo Palet and Ms. Nieves Iliana Hernández Portales,
supported Mr. José Antonio Fraga Castro and Mr. Alejandro Castro Soto del Valle, two
nephews of the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, General of Army Mr. Raúl
Castro Ruz, to do business with Mr. Ovidiu Tender, a Romanian businessman, who was
facing one of the longest-running trials in Romania charged with fraud, setting up and
being a member of an organized crime and money laundering group. In 2014, the Cuban
authorities, through LABIOFAM, S.A., a Havana-based Export and Import company,- under
the control of Ministry of Agriculture of Cuba -, entered into contracts with LABIOFAM
EAST & SOUTH EUROPE, S.R.L. and TENDER, S.C., two Romanian companies, - under the
control of Mr. Tender -, in order to build a bio-factory in Serbia. It seems to be that the said
2014 contracts were not executed since Mr. Tender was sent to prison in 2015. However,
the contracts, in question, were retaken in July 2016 by LABIOFAM, S.A. and
INTELLIGENCE PHARMA BUSINESS, S.R.L, a Romanian company. The Ambassador Ms.
Hernández Portales did sign the fresher contracts as an honorable witness.
Do the Romanian Courts and EUROPOL know the above-described facts?

P.S. Mr. Fraga Castro is denounced before GAFILAT and AMERIPOL due to his
contribution to create an international financial fraudulent circuit between
LABIOFAM, S.A. and LABIOFAM ASIA LIMITED, a Nassau-based company. He did
business with Robert L. Vesco as well.
