This document proposes a student housing and landscape redevelopment project in Gainesville, Florida to provide sustainable housing near the University of Florida campus. The project would redevelop an underutilized area with new housing units organized around a central creek and open space to offer students housing with natural views and proximity to shops while improving the landscape.
