Q. Is it a Seller’s Market? A. Yes.
According to real estate economists a six-month supply of For Sale Inventory represents a balanced market. Over
six months of For Sale Inventory indicates a buyer’s market. Less than six months of inventory in considered a

As I write this at 7:07 p.m. on December 2nd our Multiple Listing
Service (MLS) shows only three hundred and eighty nine active
listings in The Woodlands priced from $129,500 to $19,000,000.
This Twiggy thin inventory equals only a 1.7 Months Supply Of Inventory. This means that if yesterday’s velocity of sales continued and
zero new listings were added to the inventory, every for sale home
would be under contract in 1.7 months.

seller’s market requires some adaptable thinking and modern
market success strategies.
