Jesse believes in empowering his clients to live their own
versions of a functional and fulfilling life. Jesse, who
originally chose to enroll in a veterinary school, went on a
whirlwind journey through the law department of
Murdoch University before settling into its chiropractic
science programme for five years.
Prior to his return to Singapore, Jesse worked closely with
high level Australian athletes. This included the Australian
Football League as well as various state and national level
sporting clubs. He was the Head Sport Trainer for the
Forrestfield Football Club, board member of the Sports
Chiropractic Australia in 2017, and was a member of
Sports Medicine Australia.

When it comes to chiropractic, people often misunderstand it
to be all about B.J. Palmer's adjustments and the spine
cracklings stuff. Not true.
Exercise has been part of chiropractic since its Founding
years. This was B.J. Palmer's chiropractic clinic. He was the
son of the Founding Father of chiropractic (D.D. Palmer), and
also the guy who made chiropractic really, really Famous.
In his own words, "rehabilitation of the part which has long
been in dis-use. This cannot be done by external

7. THE BIOPSYCHOSOCIAL APPROACH TO MANAGING PAIN AND INJURY
We are not saying that your pain is not real. It is perhaps misunderstood. You can build a person up even if you don't
get rid of their tendinosis or slipped disc or whatever not. A lot of what works in treatment is about increasing
resilience, tolerance, and or coping with these stressors. It's not just merely on finding just one thing to fix.

It might not sound intuitive but think about how your pain
experience was like during periods of poor sleep.
What about the very busy work week you hadjust a couple of
months ago? Did you experience more aches and soreness all
over the body?
Patients are able to identify that their pain
experience is worse when sleep is poor or stress levels are
high. These interactions are not foreign to us. We are just
conditioned to look past them.
There are many reasons why you may be
