The PM Cares Fund is once again in the headlines after the government of India has replied the PIL of Advocate Shyam Divan, who is a senior advocate of honorable Supreme Court of India. The government of India, sorry, the Modi Sarkar has replied to the PIL saying that - The PM Cares Fund is a Private Fund and not a Public Authority Fund that comes under RTI. With this reply, a very casual reply, the Senior Advocate, Shyam Divan has strongly stated that - If PM Cares Fund is a private fund ha nothing to do with the prime minister and the government of India, then how come a private fund has been using the photographs of prime minister and the government symbols in its banners, posters and marketing material. The PM Cares fund is trying to represent itself as the government of India, while it has no connection with it. Further, the prime minister of India himself is the ex officio chairperson of this fund and the trustees include the Home Minister, Finance Minister and Defence Minister of India, along with corporate like Ratan Tata and other. Why was the prime minister of India marketing a private fund like it was an official fund of the government of India. While the Prime Minister National Relief Fund already existed, what was the need of this fund to help the victims of Covid 19 ? The fund does not even gives the donor lists which must be given even while it is a private fund. The secrecy of this fund raises a lot of question on it. Further the recent breaking news about the Adani thing also brings this fund into question. Were both the Demonetization and PM Cares Fund linked in some way ? Like, were these steps taken for the same purpose. It is evident that Adani became super rich only after demonetization and mostly during these last 3-4 years. He earned enormous wealth to become the richest person of the world for a day or two. It surely had roots and the roots seem to be in Demonetization and the PM Cares Fund too. Helping Adani and getting help from Adani, both went hands in hands. The problem with India right now is that, the present government tries to connect everything with the prestige of the country. Like even a disclosure about the corrupt means of a businessman or a politician is conveyed to be an attack on the integrity of India, whereas it is not the case at all. Because of this blinded mind set which has been developed among the citizens of India, they retaliate any action or investigation against the central government and its ministers, which leads to a big loophole in the system itself. A political leader has been treated as God and political party as religion. This has costed a lot. A government which is not able to save any public sector of the country and is selling the same to their favorite businessmen has been counted as the most powerful and meaningful government. The pathetic part is this that, anyone from nowhere comes forward to justify the misconducts of this government.
