This document discusses the development of a new tractor unit with a centrifugal pump that can be used as a portable blender to mix liquid additives. It describes some of the key features of the unit, including its 6-inch manifold, mag meter, suction hoses, and battery backup system. The unit was tested by Alvarado and able to achieve blending rates of 81 bpm at 50 psi. Feedback will be gathered and revisions made before the unit is officially released to Alvarado in mid-September.

3. We are short on blenders
across the Country. So here
is a solution. A Tractor with
a centrifugal pump and 4
Liquid additives! This
tractor can be use to pump
down wire line, Acid or to
flush the well if the primary
blender goes down.

with Concentrate out
being your rate.

able to reach 81 bpm at 50 psi
They are adding 2
more hose ports
so they can
achieve 100+ bpm

to operate
this unit in a
practical
environment!

supervisors and
operators for feed
back positive or
negative so we
can get with the
engineers so they
can make
revisions if
needed.
