If you get hotter than 200, the toxins in the plastic start to melt out, and you can have a ruined oven. Bad deal!<br />Place the record in the oven on top of an oven safe container. Depending on the size will determine how much it will droop initially.<br />Once the record had begun to get limp, pull it out, and mold it further around the bowl.
