Utilizing new corporate branding elements, Spicer Group gave the exterior of the existing dealership a facelift which adding on much needed showroom and customer lounge space. Other interior improvements included the reorganization of space for sales and accounting staff offices, new staff locker rooms and new customer restrooms.
A former restaurant building will be renovated along with an addition to create a new Township hall for Akron Township. The building is centrally located in Unionville, MI. Construction is scheduled to begin spring 2015 and completed by fall.

Many people who frequent M20 may recognize this as the former Pleasentview Elementary School - built in 1958 and abandoned in the 1980's. Along with the help of J.R. Heinemann and Sons, we were able to bring new life into this building and save it for the future generations of Greendale Township residents.
Served as the project manager and architect for the renovation of an abandoned restaurant in Unionville, MI to create a new township hall for Akron Township. The project included structural evaluation of the existing structure, an addition, mechanical and electrical systems, new parking, window and door replacement, new casework, new ceilings, new interior and exterior lighting, restrooms as well as completely new interior finishes.

Proposed Phase One of a Luxury Independent Living Complex in Traverse City, MI. The facility is compromised of one and two bedroom apartments with multiple common spaces for the benefit of the resdients. The rolling site is surrounded by woods, water and nature preserves.

A new 42 unit attached condominium project in the city of Dexter, Michigan. The design includes an open floor plan concept with inviting front porches and private covered patios. Craftsman bungalow style was selected to reflect the charming existing homes built in the 1920's that surround the downtown area.
The adaptive reuse of a former retail store into a new City Hall for St. Louis "Middle of the Mitten" MI. The facility will take advantage of it's river front location offering a waterside patio. In addition the building will be the new home of the St Louis Police Department as well as City Administration Staff. A new large platform community space and council meeting room will also be included within the building. The residents of St Louis will be able to use the building for meetings of groups as small as twenty to as large as 150.
Uptown Development commissioned Spicer Group for a redevelopment study of the "Chevy in the Hole" site... formerly Chevrolet Flint Manufacturing. The study included conceptual site design remediation studies and conceptual & schematic architectural design low income housing for this brownfield site located along the Flint River in the Downtown area of the City of Flint.
Serving as the project manager and architect for the renovation of a former retail building to create new municipal offices and police station for the city of St. Louis. The project included structural evaluation of the existing structure, space planning, and will include roof reconstruction, window and door replacement, new casework, new ceilings, new interior and exterior lighting, new telecommunication equipment, new mechanical and electrical systems, offices, file storage systems, police specific spaces, lobby, community rooms, restrooms as well as completely new interior finishes throughout.
Health Sciences School new 2,400 square foot nutrition lab space in the OU Health Sciences Building.
Contains six new student kitchen lab areas utilizing high-end residential equipment

This expansion will allow Bath Township to accomodate more activities while improving building access. The exterior will also recieve a face lift and provide sheltered areas along the exterior of the building.

The project created a much needed modern kitchen for the Division on Aging staff as well as several improvements to the Senior Center and Bay County Community Center.
