The New Zealand Association of Event Professionals wrote a letter to thank John West from the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology for providing their venue free of charge to host their Certified Festival and Event Executive Program, which was the first of its kind outside of North America. The Association's Chair praised the hospitality coordinator Kym for her assistance and said attendees enjoyed being in the student environment at CPIT as well as the warmth shown in Christchurch.

The MLC Family Tennis Day will be held on Sunday May 22nd, 2011 from 11am to 3pm at the MLC School Sports Centre. The day will include a tennis coaching clinic, lunch, and a doubles tournament. Entries are open to current and former MLC students and their families. Proceeds will benefit tennis facilities at MLC School. Sabrina Xu, a three-time singles champion, will be available as a doubles partner via silent auction.

Cambridgeshire County Council and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group are holding an engagement event on November 29th from 10:30-1:30 at Huntingdon Library to get input from adult family carers on how to improve carer services in Cambridgeshire. The event will include presentations on current carer support and discussions on how it can be improved. Light refreshments will be provided and attendees should RSVP to Debbie Drew if they plan to attend or have specific needs.
GMS Council welcoming you as a Fellow af the Guild 07-09-2015
The document is a letter from Dr. Michael Walsh, the Acting Secretary-General of the Guild of Musicians and Singers, informing Gabriel Shijie Kou that his application for membership in the Guild has been approved at the Fellow level. Dr. Walsh invites Gabriel to attend the next Guild meeting in London on October 17th to receive his certificate. Our Certified Festival and Event Executive Program is a first outside North America and is greatly assisted by people like yourself providing the perfect venue free of charge. Kym was an absolute gem, turning out on her weekend to welcome our facilitator and organise access, urn and all manner of sundries and I know the students themselves enjoyed the venue and vibe of being among the CPIT student environment. As an aside I know from conversation our members attending conference enjoyed the Christchurch experience, hospitality and warmth they encountered on a daily basis.
