全髖關節置換治療指南 Total Hip Arthroplasty Treatment Guidelines
您剛剛完成您的手術, 你的醫生已與物理治療師諮詢,開始你的康復旅程。 如果

You have just had your surgery, and your surgeon has consulted with physical
therapy to begin your rehabilitation journey. Feelings such as nausea, dizziness,
pain, and fear are all considered normal after having surgery. Please let your
nurse and therapist know how you are feeling. They are there to help you throughout your recovery.
手術後當天#0 Post-OP day #0
1. 複習臀部注意事項 Review of hip precautions
a. 髖關節前屈彎曲不得大於 90 度
Do NOT bend hip past 90 degrees
b. 不要將手術後的腿橫過身體的中線
Do NOT bring surgical leg across midline of body
(no crossing legs)
c. 不要讓腳趾指向內
Do NOT allow toes to point inwards
2. 你的物理治療師會盡快和你做一個評估。這取決於你怎麼從麻醉中恢復過來時的狀態。
You will be evaluated by your PT as soon as the recovery room depending on how you recover from
anesthesia.
3. 你的物理治療師會教你如何適當地下床, 站立, 和坐椅子. 物理治療師將因應你耐受水平而安排運動項目
Your PT will work with you to get out of bed, standing and getting into a chair. Exercises will be
initiated as tolerated.

Walking with your PT will be initiated as tolerated.

You will be instructed on going up and down stairs. Remember the phrase, "up with the good, down
with the bad". When you are going up stairs, lead with your good leg. When you are going down
stairs, lead with your bad leg (leg that has been operated on)

Getting in/out of car - enter car seat by backing in with rear first

An occupational Therapist will be consulted if you are having increased difficulty with dressing and
toileting. A list of places to purchase a "hip kit" can be provided.

Bend and straighten your leg, sliding your foot towards your bottom and
straightening back to resting position

Lying on your back. Place a cushion/pillow under the surgical knee.
Bend the other knee, resting your foot flat on the bed.
Pulling your foot and toes up, tighten your thigh muscle and straighten
the surgical knee (keep the back of the knee in contact with the
cushion). Hold approx 5 seconds and slowly relax to starting position.
Repeat 10 times
4. 大腿後側運動 SEATED HEEL SLIDES
坐在椅子上, 放毛巾在腳之下。

Sit on a chair with a towel under one foot. Slide the foot under the chair,
bending your knee slowly. Slide your foot forward, straightening your knee.

Pull your toes up, tighten your thigh muscle and straighten your knee.
Hold approx. 5 secs and slowly relax your leg.
