The need for the additional reference to Charity
Amateur Sports Clubs is negated by the statement
that says ‘any other donations I make under Gift
Aid’ as this would include both charities and
CASCs.
Given that the declaration is not enduring, we
could simply collect the minimum in relation to
address as we do with sponsorship.
The act of the donor completing their details and
then submitting the form would constitute their
consent, negating the need for a tick box.
