On August 20th, over 20 volunteers helped paint the 42nd building as part of the "Let's Paint the Town" program. A local news station covered the story, which aired on Saturday evening. Volunteers are invited to help finish painting Lance's Landscaping on August 28th by meeting there at 7am. Those interested in volunteering or learning more can call or email the provided contact.

The poster is for a Michael Jackson tribute band called "Who's Bad" performing on November 15th, 2014 at 9PM at the Showbox SoDo in Seattle. Tickets are $18 each for the show located at 1700 1st Ave S in Seattle. The poster was created for the client by instructor Lori Peck for Fall 2014.

It will also feature the launch of the Nillumbik Early Literacy Program and early literacy activities along with free books, sales, and signings. Lachlan the reading dog from YPRL will also be present at the festival.

- 1. Melissa Jackson Public Relations’ Intern On Saturday, August 20th the 42nd building in our pro- gram was painted. Over 20 volunteers participated. WPSD, News Channel 6, covered a story about the work being done by local volunteers on buildings within the Twin Cities. The story aired Saturday evening at 6 pm and 10 pm.
