The Austin Generation Resource Planning Task Force met on September 2, 2009. The agenda included a presentation from Cyrus Reed on his perspectives regarding generation planning. There would also be discussion and possible action on information requests from Task Force members regarding the cost and bill impact analysis of Austin Energy's Resource and Climate Protection Plan to 2020. to address all Task Force member questions on costs.

a. Discussion and possible action on identifying the deliverables of the Task
Force and the process for accomplishing those deliverables and identification
of any new areas that the Task Force needs to explore and address: 20
minutes.
b. Discussion of any new scenarios: 20 minutes.
