1. CURRENT ISSUE 1
Blog UstazZaharuddinare some blogs that I visit every time you start up the laptop. It is the blog that I'm
going to bookmark on my computers because it is one of my reference in writing the review and also the
law of the relevant matters.
In the latest post on Firecracker and, there was an article on the use of packets of the company clearly
forbidden in Islam as usury and illegal nature. It seems to promote the company if we use packets of
them. This is the section UZAR article about this:
4) For those who are sensitive halal issue, I think it is very commendable when realized packets was
not from any of the banks and financial institutions conventional laundering.
This is because it can be considered to promote the very forbidden Riba banking. It is clearly
prohibited by the Messenger of Allah and from giving aid and promotion of illegal things.
A hadith says:
Meaning: Messenger s.a.w. curse of alcohol, ten groups: (1) a squeezing, (2) the requested wrig it, (3)
a drink, (4) which led him, (5) to ask send it, (6) the emptying, (7) the sell, (8) which eat price, (9) the
purchase, (10) who ask to buy it. "(Narrated by IbnMajah, 2/1122; Tirmidhi, Hadith Gharib; Albanian:
Hasansohih)
Description: Although this hadith mention alcohol chapter, but it includes other illegal items based on
Qiyas in Islamic rules.
A further Hadith: means
Means "eater Prophet cursed usury, and the giver of food, witnesses and the scribe" (Narrated by
Abu Dawood, no 3333, At-Tirmidhi& Albanian: Hasansohih)

Moreover, I keep a look-sealed packets that I use later. Alhamdulillah, this year none of the conventional
banks. One of the bank envelope that I received was sealed Maybank Islamic. In the last year I was using
the envelope of conventional banks.
What is proposed by UZAR there is basically. Although some of us have not looked seriously until UZAR
say so. New is realized many of his dreams. It is how challenging the Islamic world today.
I just finished reading a book about the Temptations Antichrist .. It made me think so many things that
we do without realizing it was according to plan and the Jewish Dajjal through various beliefs and
ideologies.
May Allah protect us from things Haram without realizing it.

Zakat to non-Muslims
Posted on October 24, 2008 | 1 Comment
Lately a lot of people deal with the issue of charity to non-Muslims. I was very impressed with my
companion article, Sheikh Abu Umair al-Madani in his blog that explains the law on this issue is simple
and compact form with arguments and evidences.
To support the article I cite here the results or QararMajmak al-Fiqh al-al-DawliyyIslamiyy of the 18th
conference in Putrajaya, 24-29 Muharram 1428 corresponding 9 to 14 July 2007, on moving the zakat
role in alleviating poverty and administration, collection and the distribution of zakat based on ijtihad
jurisprudence. Among qarar which explains the laws of the converts are as follows:
a. Part of the converts that still remain for as long as life remains. It will not fall out and will not
Abrogated. It according to the needs (hunger) and maslahah. When there maslahah or demanded by the
requirements, then this section should be practiced.
b. Member should I tithe to tame the hearts of these people convert to Islam to strengthen their faith as
well as compensation to what they have lost. Similarly, should give alms to the unbelievers who hoped
their Islamic or to prevent crimes against Muslims.
c. Should provide assistance from tithe to the property (mankubin) ditiimpa misfortune of non-Muslims
in places such disasters, earthquakes, floods and famine areas to tame their hearts.
Based on the above results, we can conclude that the distribution of charity associated with the muslims
are still in place. The distribution is based on the wishes and maslahah. Permissibility of charity to non-
Muslims is with the purpose of leading to the betterment of Islam:
- Hopefully they will embrace Islam
- Prevent their evil to Muslims (if there is evil)
- Taming of their hearts.
God knows the truth.
