This document provides instructions for an activity where participants write down truths about themselves and each other. It begins with an introduction about social media and honesty. Participants are then instructed to write down on cards: 5 truths about themselves, 5 things they wish were true of themselves, and 5 things they wish weren't true of themselves. They then exchange two cards with friends who write 5 truths about the card holder. The document ends with 5 things about God from Psalm 25.
