This document describes an e-documentation system for clinical interventions that allows users to file patient cases, view current medications and lab values, and generate statistical reports on clinical interventions. The system tracks how often clinical interventions are accepted or declined by consultants. It also outlines planned improvements such as adding cost-benefit analyses of interventions and grading interventions by impact to help prioritize them.
