Synergytech Instruments is an ISO certified engineering firm established in 2003 with four partners and offices in Pune, India. The firm provides machining, tooling design, and production component manufacturing services. It has a machine shop with CNC lathes and mills, inspection equipment, and experience machining automotive engine components. Synergytech also designs and manufactures tooling, fixtures, and automation equipment for customers in the automotive and pump industries.

Introduction to Synergytech Instruments
Synergytech Instruments is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified, partnership firm
established in January 2003. The firm has four partners. The registered office is in
Pune & the Works situated at Pirangut @ 25 kms from Pune. The business activity is
conducted by its two technical partners. Abhijit. M. Mahajani. and Umesh. S. Tatke.
Mr. Abhijit M. Mahajani is B.E(Mech) with a work experience of @ 21 years in
a reputed multinational company, having a working background of Production, &
Manufacturing. He is a Certified Quality Engineer Certified by American Society for
Quality and a Trained Six Sigma Belt.
Mr. Umesh S. Tatke is also B.E. (Mech) with a work experience of @ 15 years
in a reputed multinational company, having a working background of Manufacturing
Engineering. He is a Certified Quality System Lead Assessor Certified by Bureau
Veritas Quality International & a trained Six Sigma Belt.
We have three operational verticals. We started our Machine Shop in 2005
with one CNC Lathe, Our Tooling Activity in 2006, & recently we have started with
marketing activity with principals KIMO DE of Germany.

• One Universal Grinding Machine (ID & OD 100mm dia X 300mm long)
• One Universal Milling machine with Indexing Head (Size 2.5)
• One Drilling cum Milling Machine (13mm dia in steel)
• One Radial Drilling Machine (25mm dia in steel)
• One 4 feet manual center lathe
Our Machine Shop has following Equipments, which we use for Inspecting
Production Components, as well as, Inspecting of Components for Tooling that we
Design & Manufacture
• Surface plate with Height Vernier (300mm), Micrometers (0-50mm), Digital
Vernier (200mm), Comparator stands, Slip Box, Sine Bar (300mm), Bevel Protractor,
Dial gauges
• Profile Projector (500mm dia, with 10X & 25X lenses)
We have machined basically base engine components like,
• Variety of Cam Follower Roller, finish profile turning & Boring
• Various Pins for Bearing Application finish turning with end profiles.

• Water-Pump Shafts, complete Turn, Groove, Profile, HT, & Grind.
• Press Tool Turning, Pressing Profile Turning, & HT.
• Variety of Glisserie, These are Slider Blocks for Packing Machines, we
supply Finished Component, with Material & Complete Machining.
• Two types of Pallier, These are basically Bearing, Shaft, & Bearing
Housing Sub-assemblies, We machine all components In-house, Assemble them
with Bearings as bough-out item & Supply Complete Sub-Assembly.
We offer our services in Design & Manufacturing of Tooling, mostly in
Machining Tooling, Material Handling & Assembly & Sub-Assembly Tooling, Presses,
Automation, & Special equipments like Leak Testing Machines & Spring Rate
Testers.
Our strength is very strong design background with expertise in Automation
Hydraulic controls, Pneumatics controls, System Integration & Innovative Approach.
We have combined experience of over 40 years in Tool Design, Fixture
manufacturing, SPM Building, Automation & Hydraulic system Implementation.
We have Designed Manufactured & Supplied Drill Jigs, Holding Fixtures, both
Manual & Hydraulic, for following Components.

We have also Designed, Manufactured Cam Bush Pressing SPM. Leak Testing
Work Stations for Crankcase, Cylinder Head with Auto Indication for OK/Not OK.
And Low Cost Spring Rate Testing Machines for Incoming Inspection of Springs.
We have done Turnkey Projects for Engine Turnover Device for Rotating Engines
through 90degrees, during assembly. And Low Cost Assembly Assist Workstation to
assemble Liner, Piston & Con-rod with Pneumatic assist system designed by us.
